From the release of their debut album, “Demon Blues”, in 2015, Datura4, fronted by Stems main man and WAM Hall of Fame inductee Dom Mariani, have been on a supercharged, non-stop rock-n-roll mission of full-tilt blues infused boogie riffs, pounding drum grooves and freaked-out fuzz guitar over the course of follow-up releases “Hairy Mountain” (2016), "Blessed is the Boogie" (2019), "West Coast Highway Cosmic" (2020) and their highly anticipated 5th album “Neanderthal Jam” due for release in August 2022 through USA label Alive Naturalsound Records. Datura4 also features Warren Hall (ex The Drones) on drums, Stu Loasby from The Majestic Kelp on bass and legendary West Australian keyboard wizard, the voodoo summoning Bob Patient.
Receiving kudos from the likes of Alice Cooper and Steve Van Zandt, as well as rave reviews from publications Rolling Stone, Shindig! and Classic Rock, Datura4 have solidified their place on the local and overseas stages, having completed an extensive European tour in October 2019 and sharing stages with the likes of The Pretty Things, ZZ Top, Kevin Borich, Tumbleweed and Little Stevie’s Disciples of Soul.
