Howling Onshore

Margaret River dance blues band Howling Onshore is back and stoked to be part
of Strings Attached 2021. The high-energy quintet combine classic blues covers and funk-reggae originals, blending musical mastery with fun and good vibes.

Featuring the combined talents of Lindsay Baker (harmonica/sax/ vocals), Steve Checker (guitar), John Beatty (bass) Gary Wilson (keys) and Kane Goodwin (drums), the boys draw on their years of combined musical experience to put on a fun and passionately expressive live show.

A strong backbone of Chicago and Texas blues standards quickly evolves into funk, reggae and dance territory sure to get crowds pumping.

The rock-solid rhythm section and virtuosic lead playing create the magic only possible from accomplished musos having the time of their lives.
